Undergraduate Research Opportunities by College

Missouri S&T offers a rich and dynamic ecosystem of undergraduate research opportunities across its academic departments.  Providing students with meaningful, hands-on experiences that extend far beyond the classroom.  Whether it is an aspect of a core course or offered as an elective you can take, each academic program organically integrates some type of research component into its curriculum.  Many programs also provide standalone research opportunities that allow students to earn academic credit while working closely with faculty on real-world challenges.

The College of Engineering and Computing (CEC) solves global challenges through innovative research in advanced manufacturing, AI and autonomous systems, Bio-X, extreme environments, resilient infrastructure, and resource sustainability.
