Community partnerships serve as the foundation for Missouri S&T's Service Learning Program. Effective partnerships offer opportunities for Missouri S&T students and the community to share resources and learn from each other.

CASA of South Central Missouri, The mission of CASA is to provide advocacy for abused and neglected children in the Court System.

City of Rolla, The Mission of the City of Rolla is to promote the enhanced quality of life for citizens of all ages and abilities. We do so by pursuing strong public safety services, a quality infrastructure network based on properly planned growth, and a diverse and vibrant economy. Through effective leadership in cooperation with our citizens, businesses and community organizations we can ensure the desired balance between our urban development with the charm of our rural history through open and participative communication with our customers and citizens.

First United Methodist Church, We will be a vibrant, inclusive, passionate congregation committed to enthusiastic spiritual development and compassionate service to the community and world. 

Kaleidoscope Discovery Center, Oure mission is to provide opportunities that advance the understanding and appreciation of: engineering, science, technology, the environment, arts and math (ESTEAM); through hands-on learning experiences, which inspire everyone to imagine, explore and create a better world.

Missouri Department of Mental Health - Division of Development Disabilities, Rolla Regional Office, The Division's Mission is to improve lives of Missourians with Developmental Disabilities through supports and services that foster self-determination.

Missouri Department of Natural Resources, The Department of Natural Resources is composed of the Office of the Director, Water Resources, Soil and Water Conservation Program and five programmatic divisions. The five divisions include Administrative Support, Energy, Environmental Quality, State Parks and Missouri Geological Survey.

MOCA Head Start of Rolla, We will empower our community families, and agency, change lives and inspire hope.

Phelps County Bank, Our community is who we are. We stay true to the idea that living as well as working here requires us to offer even more than quality financial resources. Phelps County Faith Distribution, A volunteer based, non-profit organization dedicated to supplementing the food available to the needy in phelps county, thereby freeing up families' resources for other needs.

Plato R5 School District, The mission of the Plato R-V School District, in a cooperative effort with parents, students, and community, is to provide a quality, comprehensive education that will enable all students to become life-long learners and productive, informed citizens.

Prevention Consultants of Missouri, A not for profit agency working to provide, promote, and support research based, effective prevention strategies.

The Community Partnership, The mission of The Community Partnership is to promote awareness of community needs and work together with citizens and organizations to achieve better results with for children, families and communities. The Community Partnership’s Young Parents Program offers pregnant and parenting youth ages 14-21 a trained community mentor who will support them as they progress through the challenging times of pregnancy and parenting.

Great Circle, Boys & Girls Town improves the lives of children with emotional and behavioral problems through superior, family-focused services. The BGTM School supports the overall mission of the agency with heavy emphasis in education improvement of the child.

Ozark Rivers Audubon Chapter and Nature Center, The mission of the Ozark Rivers Chapter of the National Audubon Society is to conserve and restore the Ozarks ecosystem by focusing on birds, while emphasizing habitat preservation and restoration, through education, conservation, art, public awareness and advocacy for the benefit of all.

Phelps Health, Mission/Vision:  Phelps County Regional Medical Center will be the preferred healthcare provider and employer of choice in South Central Missouri.  Our priority is to meet the healthcare needs of the residents in our service area, by assuring quality outcomes through investment in our people to create an environment which fosters service excellence, financial viability and ensures organizational growth.

Cape Area Habitat for Humanity, The Cape area chapter of Habitat for Humanity actively strives to fulfill the mission of Habitat International, which is to help people attain safe, decent, affordable housing.

Engineers Without Borders

Engineers Without Borders-USA partners with developing communities to improve their quality of life through the implementation of environmentally, equitable, and economically sustainable engineering projects while developing internationally responsible engineers and engineering students. EWB-Missouri S&T is a student based chapter, currently partnered with four communities in Honduras, Bolivia, and Guatemala. The main goal in all four of these communities is to provide clean water and sanitation.
